I started my dental career over 25 years ago. When I was younger, I'd go to work with my mother and help her on the weekends. She'd spend long hours, fighting insurance companies on the phone. As I was filing, I'd think of ways to improve her process. She was relentless and taught me everything I needed to know about the front office. Eventually, I learned the compassion of working with patients and valued the trust they had in me. After working in the field for 13 years, I decided to take a leap of faith, and start my own business. You see, the thought of process improvements, valued lessons, and utilizing my skill set to help Doctors in their offices became a passion!
